| 摘 要： | 分析了翠蓝类活性染料染深色时产生色点或色斑的原因，指出了生产过程中应注意的问题以及相应的预防措施，诸如充分溶解染料，选用纯度较高的元明粉作为促染盐，采用清水代替回水溶解元明粉，制订合理的染色升温曲线和选用合适的匀染剂等，特别是必须添加螯合分散剂以控制染浴硬度在0～15mg／kg。

| Abstract: | The reason causing color blot and spot during deep dyeing with turquoise blue reactive dyes was analyzed. The points to attention and relative prevention were presented, such as completely dissolving dyes, selecting pure sodium sulfate as accelerating agent, dissolving sodium sulfate with clean water instead of reused water, establishing reasonable dosing and heating rate, selecting suitable leveling agent, as well as adding chelate disperser to control the hardness of dyeing bath at 0. 15 mg/kg. |
