热管换热器设计计算的线算图法

摘    要:
针对热管换热器设计计算公式复杂,计算工作量大的问题,提出了采用线算图法进行气气热管换热器设计计算的方法。将热管换热器设计计算中的对流换热系数、流动阻力和携带传热极限计算公式均以线算图的形式表示,并给出计算实例。线算图法与常规计算方法相比,两者的计算结果相差很小,但线算图法更方便、简单,同时可以清晰地表示各参数对热管换热器性能的影响。

Abstract:
Since the calculating formulas of heat pipe exchanger are complicated and the physical parameters of the working medium at different temperature need to be calculated, a nomographic method for the calculation of gas-gas heat pipe exchanger is presented. By means of this method, the formulas for calculating the convection heat exchange coefficient, the flow resistance and the carrying heat transfer limit are expressed by the pattern of nomography. And the presented method is illustrated by an example. The method is more convenient and simpler than the conventional calculating method, and it can show the influence of each parameter on the performance of the heat pipe exchanger clearly
