一种红外遥控编码专用芯片的设计与实现

摘    要:给出了一种专用于红外遥控发射系统的新型红外遥控编码芯片的电路,其发射码包括引导码、16位用户码、8位按键码和8位按键码反码,经过38kHz的载波信号调制后发射。芯片采用单脚晶体振荡器,节省了两个振荡电容,通过芯片引脚跳线最多可变11个客户码和66个按键码,节省了用户码跳变二极管,仅需16个引脚进行封装。芯片采用2.5μmCMOS铝栅工艺流片,测试结果表明,发射芯片能够实现对功能码的正确发射,工作电压低(VDD=1.8~3.3V),长时间无按键按下进入待机模式(Idd〈1μA),降低了功耗(Pd=200mW)。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of a new encoder IC of remote control,which adopts the infrared remote transmission system.The data frame which consists of leader code,16 bits custom codes,8 bits key codes and their 8 bits inverse codes transmits after a 38 KHz carrier waveform.The chip saves two oscillator capacitances by using single pin oscillator.The IC realizes utmost 11 different custom codes and 66 key codes through 14 feet jump line and it does not need for custom codes to jump to connect diode and only packs 16 pins.The test result indicated that this chip can latch the code accurately,has the low operating voltage(VDD=1.8~3.3V),low power consumption(Pd=200mW),longtime nokeys pressed intostandbymode(Idd〈1uA).
