苯甲酸催化加氢制备无氯苯甲醛的中试

摘    要:运用共沉淀法制备了锌锰复合纳米催化剂,并用于气相催化加氢苯甲酸合成无氯苯甲醛。单管小试及多管扩大中试表明,该催化剂不但具有很高的催化选择性,同时在较低温度下仍保持很高的活性。多管扩大最佳实验条件为:反应温度370±5℃,催化剂预还原时间50 h,氢气压力1.4×105~1.6×105Pa,氢酸分压比40∶1~50∶1,氢气气时空速650~750 h-1时,苯甲酸的转化率高达99%,苯甲醛的选择性为83%。

Abstract:Catalysts for hydrogenation of benzoic acid to chlorine-free benzaldehyde were prepared by co-precipitation method.The catalysts were applied in single-tube small test and multibarrel amplifyed pilot test.In hydrogenation reaction of benzoic acid,99% conversion and 83% selectivity to benzaldehyde were achieved under the conditions that reaction temperature,pre-reduction time of catalyst,hydrogen pressure,the ratio of hydrogen to benzoic acid and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) were controlled at 370±5 ℃,50 h,1.4×105~1.6×105 Pa,40∶1~50∶1 and 650~750 h-1 respectively in multibarrel ampliative pilot test.
