胶版纸油墨渗透深度探讨

为了对油墨的渗透深度做出预测及控制,首先测试了5种胶版纸的紧度、平滑度和K＆N油墨吸收性等基本性能,然后通过印刷打样,测定出胶印品红油墨在这些纸张内部的渗透深度,分析了胶版纸和印刷工艺对油墨渗透深度的影响,并对加压渗透深度和自由渗透深度进行了对比研究。结果表明,胶版纸的紧度、平滑度均会影响油墨在其内部的渗透,油墨的渗透深度约占胶版纸厚度的1/5-1/3;品红油墨在胶版纸内的加压渗透深度要明显大于自由渗透深度。

Exploration on the Ink Penetration Depth in Offset Papers

In order to predict and control the ink penetration depth,base properties of 5 offset paper were firstly measured,including tightness、smoothness、and KN ink absorbency,etc.Secondly,the penetration depth when offset magenta ink of the same volume entered into these papers was tested after printing.It was analyzed on the influences of offset paper and print processes on ink penetration depth.Finally,the relationships between the ink penetration depth under pressure and under no pressure were studied.The results showed that both the tightness and smoothness of offset paper had impact on ink penetration into the paper internal structure,and the ink penetration depth was about 1/5～1/3 of the thickness of the offset papers.In addition,the ink penetration depth under pressure was obviously lager than that under no pressure.
