| 摘 要： | 对工程机械轮胎胎面胶配方进行改进,以提高胎面胶综合性能.结果表明,适当增大SBR的用量,以炭黑N231替代炭黑N220,并对配方其它体系进行微调,胎面胶抗崩花掉块和抗撕裂性能提高,更能适应恶劣的工作环境,轮胎使用寿命延长.

| Abstract: | The tread formula of OTR tire was modified to improve the comprehensive properties.The results showed that as increasing additional level of SBR properly,using carbon black N231 instead of carbon black N220,and adjusting other systems of formula slightly,the tread compound po-ssessed higher chunking,chipping and tear resistance,better adaptability to extreme service conditions,and the service time of tire extended. |
