摘    要:通过力学性能测试、化学成分分析、金相检验以及表面质量分析对45钢棒料的冲击功偏低的原因进行了分析。结果表明:材料内部夹杂物较严重、热处理工艺不够合理、表面粗糙度不佳是造成冲击功偏低的主要原因。

Abstract:The reason of low impact energy of steel 45 bar was analyzed by means of mechanical property testing,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and surface quality analysis.The results showed that serious inclusions in material,improper heat treatment,rough surface were the main reasons due to the low impact energy of the bar.
