With the development of internet application,the threat that the computer system security receives increases day by day.The early warning of IT crisis is getting more and more important.The paper starts from the connotation of IT crisis,and point out the necessary to establish early warning management system of IT crisis,then present the flow of it.This article focuses on the analysis of the contents of early warning and its pre-control countermeasures.We tend to set up a warning system of IT crisis that is controllable and to provide the computer system a guide in theory and in practice that prevent and correct it.
