| 摘 要： | 供水厂施工作业导致空分设备空气预冷系统冷却水水质恶化,造成水冷塔布水管堵塞和空气预冷系统换热效果差,影响空分设备的正常运行。简介武钢氧气公司I台60000 m3/h空分设备开式循环空气预冷系统流程以及水冷塔中布水管结构,阐述故障原因分析与处理结果,提出相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | The construction of water supply factory results in worse cooling water quality of air separation plant＇ s air pre-cooling system, blocking of water distribution pipe of water cooling tower, and poor heat exchange effects of air pre-cooling system and impairs normal run of air separation plant. Here, the flow process of the open circulation air pre-cooling system of our 60000 m3/h air separation plant and the structure of water distribution pipe of water cooling tower are briefed, the analysis of trouble causes and the treatment results are described, and corresponding proposals on improvement are raised. |
