摘    要:因为20000 m3/h空分设备分子筛吸附器阀门内漏无法全关,造成2#分子筛吸附器升压时空分设备运行工况波动。介绍2#分子筛吸附器升压时空分设备工况变化情况,分析空分设备工况变化原因,阐述分子筛吸附器升压阀分层控制参数修改情况及效果。

Abstract:Impossible complete-closing of molecular sieve adsorpter valve of 20000 m3/h air separation plant because of inner leakage results in fluctuation of working condition of air separation plant during boosting of 2# molecular sieve adsorpter. Here, the said fluctuation is briefed, the modification of in-layer control parameters of boosting valve of the said molecular sieve adsorpter and the obtained effects are described.
