| 摘 要： | 对人机协同的车间制造模式需求进行了简单地分析,并指出了基于无线通信的开放式数控系统在该模式下的重要地位。该数控系统主要由机床控制器和掌上控制器两部分构成,它们由无线通信进行信息交换。重点介绍了该数控系统的硬件结构和功能,同时也对系统控制软件的编制作了分析和研究。

| Abstract: | A man - machine - cooperating digitalizing manufacturing mode for shop floor is presented in this project, and it shows CNC which is based on the wireless technology is very important in this system. The innovative CNC system is composed of two parts, one is the Palm CNC, and the other is the embedded controller installed on the CNC machine tool, each other communicate via wireless protocol and interface. The structure and function of hardware of this system are introduced, and the software is analysed, including main programme, sub programme and PLC programme. |
