基于扫频调谐预扫描的快速EMI测试关键技术研究

摘    要:针对点频式测量方法进行EMI测试效率低的问题,基于扫频调谐预扫描实现EMI快速测试。首先,根据扫频、点频调谐测量方法的特点,提出基于扫频调谐预扫描、点频调谐终测量的快速EMI测试系统框架及拓扑关系;其次,研究扫频调谐式预扫描的误差补偿技术,研究环境电平、天线与馈线对测试精度影响的补偿方法;最后,按照GB14023-2011规定,搭建专用于车辆扫频调谐预扫描的快速EMI测试系统,实现误差修正、数据存储、数据处理等高度定制化功能.结果表明:在30~1 000 MHz频段的峰值检波,使用扫频调谐预扫描可以节省时间47.4 s,提高检测效率33.02%。

Abstract:Aiming at the low efficiency of separate Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) measurement method, a rapid EMI measurement method based on swept tuned pre scanning was proposed. First, according to the characteristics of sweep and separate tuned measurement method, the framework and the topological relation of rapid EMI measurement system based on swept tuned pre scanning is proposed. Second, electromagnetic field emission measurement error caused by environment, antenna and transmission was analyzed and compensated. Finally, according to the Chinese National Standard GB14023-2011, an EMI automatic rapid measurement system dedicated to the vehicle was set up. The design method of EMI measurement system could ensure the measurement steps, error correction, data storage, data processing and any other customized function implementation. The result shows that at bands from 30 to 1 000 MHz using swept tuned peak detection pre scanning can decrease about 33.02% time.
