| 摘 要： | 本文分析了数控机床返归参考点的回归原理，结合具体数控机床事例，对故障各种形式进行分析、诊断及排除。数控机床回参考点的故障分析是在其确定了回参考点方式下准确诊断出来的，并加以及时排除，从而进一步提高了数控机床的开动率和可靠性。 |

| Abstract: | The principle of NC machine tool return reference point was introduced. Through analysis and examples, the primary form and regularity were discussed of the NC return reference point and some methods were presented for the NC fault diagnosis and exclusion. Only when the trouble of reference point on CNC machine tool is accurately diagnosed under the way of determining the reference point,It can be further improved the boot - strap operating ratio and reliability of NC machine tool. |
