| 摘 要： | 可食性油墨因具有可供人食用的性能,在食品、药品等可食产品的表面装潢印刷以及此类产品的包装印刷中已经崭露头角.对该油墨的原理、配方组成、印刷工艺和质量评价进行了分析与综述,对应用该油墨的现状及市场前景进行了分析与展望.

| Abstract: | Edible ink has begun to widely be used in the surface decoration and package printing of food and tablet/ capsule products, which is contributed to its edible characteristic. The principle, formula- tion, printing process and quality evaluation of edible ink were analyzed and surveyed. The application status was also analyzed and the market foreground was prospected. |
