数字温度计示值误差测得值的不确定度分析

数字温度计主要由温度传感器和数字显示仪表组成,广泛应用于食品药品、工业建筑、环保水利等行业。本单位作为杭州市法定计量检定机构,依据JJG (浙) 76-2004《数字温度计检定规程》建立了杭州市最高计量标准,笔者多年来从事温度计量,具有丰富的实践经验和理论基础。本文主要围绕数字温度计校准示值误差的测得值进行不确定度评定,供广大计量同行和数字温度计使用人员参考。

Uncertainty Analysis of Measurement Results of Indication Error of Digital Thermometer

Digital thermometer is mainly composed of temperature sensor and digital display instrument.It is widely used in food and drug,industrial construction,environmental protection and water conservancy and other industries.As a legal metrological verification institution in Hangzhou,the unit has established the highest measurement standard in HANGZHOU according to JJG(ZHEJIANG) 76-2004 verification regulation of digital thermometer.I have been engaged in temperature measurement for many years and have rich practical experience and theoretical basis.This paper mainly evaluates the uncertainty of the measurement results of the calibration indication error of the digital thermometer,which can be used as a reference for the majority of measurement peers and digital thermometer users.
