Abstract:For large-scale micrometers with measuring range of 300 mm and above,in the relative deviation operation process of the measuring surface of the verification anvil and the micrometer screw,the existing JQJ-1 micrometer verification device is JQJ-1 micrometer verification device,only the relative deviation items of the measuring surface of anvil and micrometer screw with small measuring range can be verified.In this paper,the use of waste diameter micrometer head part,the production of precision adjustable support frame,with lever percentage meter or percentage meter to verify the project,improve work efficiency and accuracy.
