新型UHMWPE托辊的研制与应用

摘    要:对普通托辊的密封进行改进,采用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)耐磨材料制作筒体,研制了带式输送机用UHMWPE托辊。和普通托辊相比,新型托辊不仅采用了普通托辊中常见的迷宫密封,而且还增加了防水软垫密封和防尘附加密封,新型托辊的密封结构能更好地保护轴承的灵活性,延长托辊的使用寿命,并降低能耗。

Abstract:A new type holds roller with ultra-high molecular-weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) cylinder for conveyor was developed through improving the traditional seal. The new type holds roller not only had traditional seal,but also had water-proof felt seal and dust-proof additional seal. So the seal structure of the new type holds roller could strengthen the dexterity of bearing,prolong the serivice life and reduce energy consumption.
