气中低速走丝条件下线切割精加工技术研究

摘    要:为了提高电火花线切割精加工精确度,尝试在气体介质中进行低速走丝线切割的最后一次精加工实验,并与传统的多次切割加工进行对比.通过实验确定了在气体介质的加工预置量、伺服电压、工作台进给速度的合理参数,通过对比实验证明,采用气体介质加工工艺可获得更好的直线度、粗糙度.

Abstract:This paper studies the surface quality of tool, in last precise cutting in LS - WEDM multi cutting processing, the author attempts to cut in gas and has carried on the contrast experiment to conventional WEDM muhi cutting processing. We confirmed reasonable parameters of servo voltage and feed speed of worktable in gas through experiments. Contrast experiment shows the results that new processing craft has superiority of roughness and straightness to conventional processing craft.
