摘    要:
钢绞线在土木工程中应用十分广泛,钢绞线的伸长率是钢绞线的重要力学性能指标之一,如何精确测量该指标是长期以来一直在探索的问题.依据合金丝在拉伸时其伸长量与电阻值变化成正比的原理,针对钢绞线的结构特点,设计了一种测量钢绞线伸长量的新装置,该装置设计科学,操作方便,克服了现有测试方法的缺点,大幅度提高了测量精度,采用SYTZ-1000预应力张拉试验台进行对比测试结果表明,最大误差仅1.83%.

Abstract:
The stranded wire is used widely in civil engineering, its elongation ratio is one of important indexes, How to test precisely the index is a problem that has been researched for a long time. The principle that the elongation indictor of alloy thread is proportional to its resistance, is applied, and aimed at the structural characteristic of the stranded wire, a type of new device for testing the elongation indictor of stranded wire was designed. This device was designed scientifically, operating conveniently, and some defects existed was overcome. This device increased the testing precision greatly. It was indicated from the testing result using SYTZ-1000 pretension test bench that the maximum error is 1.83%.
