摘    要:针对传统整车库位管理业务进行深入分析,通过引用RFID技术进行优化创新,提出一种基于数据挖掘的多层次整车仓库管理模型.模型重点考虑多层次组合编码模式和多目标函数中库存占用率、敏捷出入库业务.并通过MATLAB软件对动态决策关键节点进行计算可视化应用,将上述理论转换成生产力.最后通过多层次的可视化技术,采用改进诱导算法对目标函数进行求解,从而实现整车库位可视化智能管理.同时,仿真结果表明,改进诱导算法能够很好的求解整车出入库问题.

Abstract:Vehicle storage areas for traditional management business in-depth analysis,and by reference to optimize RFID technology innovation,data mining is proposed based on multi-level warehouse management model vehicle key consideration in multi-level model combined coding mode and multi-objective function in inventory usage quickly out of storage.Improved guidance algorithm used to solve the objective function,and MATLAB software is for dynamic decision-making through the critical node visualization application.Finally,through multi-level visualization techniques,the above theory puts into a productive,enabling visualization of the vehicle storage areas of intelligent management.Meanwhile,simulation results show that the improved guidance algorithm can be a good vehicle out of storage problem solving.
