| 摘 要： | 采用水玻璃型壳精铸工艺，生产碳钢、低合金钢精铸件，虽然尺寸精度和表面粗糙度要求较低，但完全满足部分产品毛坯的要求，近5年来，产量年增长20％，已成为1个拥有1200家企业，年产量50万t，年产值50亿元的行业。

| Abstract: | Although the requirements for its dimensional precision and surface roughness are low,the carbon steel and low alloy steel castings in investment casting with sodium silicate molding shell can fully meet the requirements of some product.The product volume increases by 20% per year in last five years.A trade appears with over 1 200 enterprises and 0.5 millions ton product volume per year and 5 billion yuan product values per year. |
