| 摘 要： | 文章以油脂、NaOH、乳化剂O为原料,合成了一种抗静电柔软剂,通过轧-烘-焙工艺,应用于涤棉织物抗静电柔软整理,同时对整理效果进行了测试,分析了工艺条件对整理效果的影响,从而得出最佳整理工艺条件。

| Abstract: | Oil, sodium hydroxide and emulsifier O were used as raw materials to synthesize an antistatic softening agent. This agent was used to finish polyester cotton fabrics by pad-dry-cure technique and the effect of finishing were tested. The influence of process conditions on the results of treatment were analyzed, so the optimum process condition was obtained. |
