摘    要:本文介绍了重庆大学设计研究的MG150—WD型采煤机的无链牵引系统,对驱动轮齿廓曲线、运动特性和受力情况进行了比较详细的分析。结论是:1.驱动轮转数不变时,采煤机的牵引速度保持恒定。驱动轮和销轨的相对速度按正弦函数变化。2.当驱动轮转矩不变时,牵引力随啮合点的变化而呈周期性变化。每个轮齿受到的销轨反力是脉动的,脉动幅值较大。


ANALYSIS OF CHAIN-LESS TRACTION SYSTEM OF TYPE MG150-WD SHEARER
Abstract:The paper introduces the chain-less traction-system of Type MG150-WD shearer developed by Chong-Qing University, analyses in detail the tooth profile curve of driving wheel, motion feature and strengthen state. Conclusion is made: 1) Traction speed of the shearer keeps constant when the rotation speed of driving wheel is unchanged. The relative speed between driving wheel and pin rail varies with sinusoidal function. 2) When the torque of driving wheel is unchanged, the traction force varies with the variation of gearing point periodically. Counter force of pin rail strengthened on each gear is in pulsation with wide amplitude.
