摘    要:含硫废水和含铬废水单独进行预处理,然后上清液与综合废水经物理化学处理后进行SBR生化处理某制革厂的废水,经过半年多的稳定运行表明,在综合进水COD、BOD、SS、S2-、氨氮、Cr3+分别为2000~8000mg/L、331~887mg/L、300~100mg/L、100~6000mg/L、6~3600mg/L、0.33~8.77mg/L的情况下,处理后出水COD、BOD、SS、S2-、氨氮、Cr3+的浓度分别为100~300mg/L、15~25mg/L、40~60mg/L、〈0.5mg/L、25~50mg/L、〈1.5mg/L,达到国家一级标准。该废水处理工艺具有占地面积小、处理效果好等特点。

Abstract:The wastewater from tanning process and wastewater containing sulphur were collected and pretreated separately. After the physical treatment of the clear floating liquor and the integration wastewater, the tanning wasterwater frome a tannery was treated with SBR biological chemistry. After six-month stable running, it has been proved when the average concentration of inflow CODcr, BOD, SS, S^2- .NH4^+ and Cr^3+ were 2000-8000 mg/L, 331-887 mg/L, 300-100 mg/L, 100-6000 mg/L,6-3600 mg/L and 0. 33-8.77 mg/L, separately, the contents of CODcr, BOD, SS, S^2-, NH4^+ and Cr^3+ in the treated water were 100 mg/L, 15-25 mg/L, 40-60 mg/L, d0. 5 mg/L, 25-50 mg/L and 〈1.5 nag/L, separately. The water quality of the treated water passed the first Grade of the Comprehensive Effluent Discharge Standard,GB8978--1996 in China. Many advantages have been found in this wasterwater treating process, such as the less covering area and better effect.
