铁尾矿为调质剂的高炉熔渣流动性行为

摘    要:分析了铁尾矿配比对矿渣成分设计参数的影响规律,采用高温熔体物性综合测定仪测定熔渣黏度、流动性等高温物化性能.采用主成分分析法和多元线性回归原理,建立了主成分与熔渣流动性的数学模型.研究结果表明:调质高炉渣的成分设计参数更符合制取矿渣棉原料的要求;随着铁尾矿配比增加,熔渣黏度有升高的趋势,但高温区黏度较小、流动性较好,适宜的成纤温度区间变宽,调质高炉熔渣黏度、流动性更适合用于制备矿渣纤维;调质高炉熔渣适宜的酸度系数为1.2~1.4,即铁尾矿适宜的质量分数为5%~15%.

Abstract:The influence rules of iron tailings ratio on slag composition design parameters was analyzed. High temperature physical and chemical properties including slag viscosity and liquidity was measured by comprehensive measuring instrument of high temperature melt physical property. The mathematical model of slag and principal component fluidity was established by using the method of principal component analysis and multiple linear regression principle. The results show that the composition design parameters of the quenched and tempered blast furnace slag are more in line with the requirements of the raw material for the production of slag wool; and with the increase of iron tailings ratio, the slag viscosity has an increasing trend. But the viscosity of high temperature zone is smaller, and the mobility is better. The suitable temperature range of the fiber forming becomes wider, and viscosity and liquidity of the modifying blast furnace slag are more suitable for the formation of the slag fiber. The suitable acidity coefficient of the modifying blast furnace slag is 1??2??1??4, which means that the content of iron tailings appropriate is 5%??15% by studying the modifying blast furnace slag viscosity and liquidity behavior.
