摘    要:通过全面分析特高压晋东南变电站1 000 kV构架横梁的结构特点、重量参数和吊装要求,结合GMK 6300型全路面汽车起重机的性能,确定了该1 000 kV构架横梁的主臂长度、作业半径、吊点设置、吊具配置等吊装工况参数,对吊装现场布置和吊装程序进行了优化,对吊装该1000kV构架横梁时的注意事项进行了总结,以期为特高压工程建设和管理提供参考。

Abstract:On the basis of overall analysis on structural features, weight parameters and requirement to its hoisting of 1 000 kV truss in Southeast Shanxi substation and considering the performance of GMK 6300 all-terrain truck crane, the working condition parameters such as the length of main lifting arm for the cross beam of 1 000 kV truss, operating radius, lifting point arrangement and configuration of spreaders are determined, the field arrangement of hoisting and hoisting procedures are optimized. The construction cautions during the hoisting of the cross beam of the 1 000 kV truss are summarized.
