摘    要:以钛酸丁酯为前躯体,在低温(40℃)下制备TiO2薄膜,并评价其光催化活性。结果表明,制备的TiO2薄膜不需经过高温处理,就有较好的光催化活性;XRD分析表明,未经过热处理的样品,随着反应温度的提高,得到的TiO2粒径变大,经450℃处理2 h的样品,金红石含量随反应温度提高而减少。醋酸的加入不仅能抑制板钛矿相的生成,而且提高了锐钛矿相向金红石相转变的温度。

Abstract:Titanium dioxide thin films were prepared at low temperature(40 ℃) using tetrabutyl titanate as precursor,photocatalytic activities have been also tested.The results show that the films have excellent photocatalytic property without further thermal treatment.The XRD pattern results indicated that: with the increase of reaction temperature,the particle size of the sample without thermal treatment increased,and the percentage of rutile phase titanium dioxide in the sample decreased after being annealed at 450 ℃ for 2 h.The acetic acid could not only prevent the formation of brookite TiO2,but also increase the phase transtition temperature from anatase TiO2 to rutile TiO2.
