基于AMESim的CNG发动机高压减压阀建模与分析

摘    要:建立了天然气发动机高压减压阀的AMESim模型.对该模型的建立过程进行了详细的阐述,并且进行了静态和动态仿真,得到了静态特性曲线和动态特性曲线,同时通过对这些曲线的分析,阐述了模型与实际天然气高压减压阀在静态和动态特性上的差异.这种差异主要表现在对实际的天然气高压减压阀建模时的理想化上,但是这些存在的差异并未改变其总体的态势.仿真结果表明这个模型是可以接受的.

Abstract:The modeling of high pressure reducer valve of CNG-engine based on AMESim was introduced. The static and dynamic performances of the valve were simulated, the static and dynamic curves were obtained. The differences of the static and dynamic performanees between the model and the high pressure reducer valve of CNG-engine were analyzed. It is shown the main reason for the differences is that some second aspects were ignored, but the established model can simulate the change of the performances.
