| 摘 要： | 阐述了塑料模具设计制造中采用的新工艺和新方法。首先利用Pro／E软件进行产品的造型，再根据产品的特点设计模具结构，生成模具型腔实体图，然后利用MasterCAM软件对零件的加工过程进行仿真，检查刀具路径是否正确，最后生成加工程序。

| Abstract: | It describes the new technique process and design method in the plastic mold manufacture. Based on Pro/E platform, it builds the product model, and then generates the graph of mold cavum. It uses Master- CAM to simulate the machining process of mold, analyzes the validation of NC machining toolpath, obtains the production program. |
