空分设备冷箱内配管优化设计

Optimized design of distribution pipes inside cold box of air separation plant

With development towards to large-sized and diversified air separation plant, ceaseless increase of pipelines inside the cold box and increasing difficulty of distribution pipes, the distribution pipes inside the cold box are subjected to optimized design to improve the safety and economy of operation of the air separation plant. Here, the optimized design, which is made by Hangyang in distribution pipes inside the cold box for improving the safety and economy of the air separation plant, is described in 10 aspects such as unit equipment, arrangement of valves openings on cold box plate, arrangement of equipment-connected pipeline, arrangement of pipeline at hot end of heat exchanger, laying of horizontal pipeline and lead-out mode of discharge pipeline. Optimized design of distribution pipes inside the cold box is the effective means to meet the requirement on safety and economy on large-sized and diversified air separation plants.
