摘    要:空分设备工程的设计及单元包设计,现已成为空分设备供货商的设计项目之一。文章结合宝钢60000 m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统的工程设计,从配管设计、容器布置、阀门和管路布置、管道应力分析以及管道材料选择和管道元件设计等方面,对空分设备的工程设计及单元包设计进行了阐述。

Abstract:The engineering design of air separation plant and design of unit package are the design items of the supplier of air separation plant. Here, in combination with engineering design of molecular sieve purification system of Baosteel 60000 m^3/h air separation plant, the engineering design of air separation plant and design of unit package are described from piping design, vessel arrangement, arrangement of valves and pipelines, analysis of pipeline stress and selection of pipeline materials.
