大口径球阀内部流场的数值模拟与研究

摘    要:在FLUENT环境下完成了大口径球阀内部流场的三维可视化数值模拟与研究,通过变工况获取相关计算结果,对大口径球阀两种典型形式(即全舱口球阀和特性化球阀)内部流场的涡流和压力分布情况、阀门前后压力降、阀门压头损失系数、阀门流量系数、阀门气穴指数等几个较为重要的阀门特性参数进行了比较与分析。最终以图表的形式对这些参数与阀门开度以及与雷诺数之间的变化规律做了说明并给出了相关结论,供工程实际应用作参考。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of three - dimensional visualization and research on internal flow field of large caliber ball valve in FLUENT environment, some interrelated results are obtained by changing the work condition with CFD software, the two typical types of large caliber ball valve ( that is all hatch ball valve and characterize ball valve) are comparatively analyzed from several important valve characteristic parameters, e.g. eddy current, pressure distributed situation, pressure drop of the valve, head loss coefficient, flow coefficient of the valve, index number of cavitation and so on. Finally the change law between these parameters and valve opening as well as Reynolds number has been showed in the form of charts, as a result, several relative results are got to give a reference for the practical application of engineering.
