摘    要:研究了以环己烷为分散介质,油/水比例为1.4,Span80-Tween80为乳化剂,过二硫酸钾为引发剂,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯腈(AN)和次亚磷酸钠(SH)为单体反相乳液合成共聚物AA.AM-AN-SH阻垢剂.通过静态阻垢实验评定该共聚物对水中CaCO3垢、Ca3(PO4)2垢的阻垢效果,探讨了共聚物浓度、温度、溶液pH值、水体硬度等因素对阻垢性能的影响及共聚物分散氧化铁的性能,并对其结构进行了表征.结果表明,共聚物AA-AM-AN-SH具有较好的分散性能及耐高温、耐高硬度、耐宽pH值的优良阻垢性能.

Abstract:In this paper,a multipolymer of AA-AM-AN-SH was synthesized with acrylic acid,acrylamide,acrylonitrile,sodium hypophosphite as the monomers, cyclohexane as dispersion medium,with the proportion of the oil/water 1.4,Span80-Tween80 as emulsifier, and potassium persulfate as initiator.The impact of scale inhibition of copolymer was appraised by scale static beaker tests of CaCO3,Ca3(PO4)2.The effect of inhibitor concentration,temperature,pH value and aqueous hardness on inhibition performance and its disperse property for Fe2O3 had been discussed.Its structure was characterized by IR.The result showed that the multipolymer had better dispersion property and good scale inhibition property adapting to high temperature,high hardness and a wide pH value.
