激光清洗技术的应用

摘    要:在制造业,清洗加工零件的传统方法很多,但随着对环境保护的提倡和对零件的高精度要求,激光微细加工技术异军突起,激光清洗技术也应运而生.本文结合作者的研究工作,介绍了激光清洗技术的原理和方法,讨论了利用脉冲YAG激光清洗精密加工零件的技术,并对其前景进行了展望.

Abstract:There are many kinds of traditional methods for cleaning processing parts in the manufacturing industry, but they are limited due to the requirement of environment protection and high precision processing.The technology of using laser beam to clean precision processing parts is derived from the technology of laser processing micro- parts. Based on the research work done by the authors, the principle and method of using laser beam to clean processing parts are introduced. Using pulsed YAG laser beam to clean precision processing parts is discussed, and the future of the applications of laser cleaning in aircraft industry is reviewed.
