钢铁企业工序能力匹配关系思考

摘    要:针对高炉→转炉→热轧→冷轧流程,分析了工序能力和物流匹配的关系,提出了炼铁工序能力<炼钢工序能力<热轧工序能力>冷轧工序能力;其中铁钢比0.90~0.96,热轧和冷轧间的匹配程度为1∶(0.4~0.8)。炼钢厂内精炼能力>冶炼能力>连铸能力;轧钢厂内热轧能力≥加热炉能力,冷轧能力>深加工能力。为满足流程匹配关系,需开发“铁 铸 轧一体化”的生产管理系统和冷区网络化物流管理模型。

Abstract:Matching relationship between process capability and mass flow was analyzed based on Blast furnace converter hot rolling cold rolling process.The results that ironmaking productivitycold rolling productivity is put out; the ratio of iron to steel is 0.9~0.96 and the matching degree of hot rolling with cold rolling process is 1:(0.4~0.8).the matching relationship in steelmaking plant is refining capability>melting capability > continuous casting capability; the matching relationship in rolling plant is hot rolling capability ≥heating furnace capability and cold rolling capability >further processing capability. In order to meet the process match demand, it is necessary to develop integrated manufacturing management system of iron-casting-rolling and network mass flow management model in cold rolling zone.
