| 摘 要： | 该文采用问卷调查、实地测绘和照片记录的方式对重庆市近10年内建成的大量中小套型住宅及其居住者进行居住实态调查,分析中小套型住宅和居住者的基本特征,总结居住者对现状空间的评价,并根据居住者的居住需求探讨中小套型住宅的精细设计方法,着重对适宜的功能配置和合理的面积配比进行了初步的研究。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the basic feature of the houses and the users by making a survey on the Medium-small unit residences which were built in Chongqing in the nearly past 10 years,and searches the detailed design methods of Medium-small unit residence through the function allocation and the area ratio on the basis of housing need analysis and study. |
