| Abstract: | In accordance with the requirement of production technics of cement,the DCS control system based PLC is introduced.The designs of software and hardware,communication network,control loops and major functions of control system are expounded.Making PLC and DCS as the core technology and combining industrial control network and configuration software,the system implements concentrative management of whole plant and distributed control of each control stations. |
