| 摘 要： | 对武器装备信息化建设情况进行客观的评估分析，是武器装备信息化建设过程中不可缺少的重要环节。为此，首先明确了武器装备信息化建设质量的评判标准，进而构建了反映装甲兵武器装备信息化建设质量的评估体系，为装甲兵武器装备信息化建设的全过程实施有效的管理和控制提供了依据．

| Abstract: | The objective appraisal analysis of the weaponry informationization construction situation is an essential and important link in the process of weaponry informationization construction. Therefore, the judging standard of weaponry informationization construction quality is determined, and then the appraisal system which reflects the armored force weaponry informationization construction quality is constructed. All these provide the important basis for the valid management and control of the armored force weaponry informationization construction. |
