摘    要:大量统计数据表明:近年来在我国由乳及乳制品中常见食源性致病菌引起的乳品中毒事件屡有发生,结核病、布氏杆菌病等人畜共惠传染病呈上升趋势,严重危害人民生命健康,造成重大经济损失。针对这种情况笔者发表了拙见。目前我们面临现实的或潜在的乳品安全的严峻挑战,应当高度重视,采取积极对策,严肃认真加以解决。

Abstract:In recent years,the great quantity statisticses show dairy poisoning affaurs which familiar foodborne pathogen cause often occur in our country. Tuberculosis,brucellosis Etc. zoonoses infectious disease present uptrend. It is serious to endanger people life health and results in serious economic loss. Due to the circumstance, writer announce opinion by myself. Now we are face with actual or possible rigorous challenge of dairy safety.We must pay high attention to it. Adopt to active counterplot seriously and hardly solve the problem.
