摘    要:阐述了清江流域梯级水电厂电力外送网络应结合三峡输变电系统规则、建设和电力网络实际进行优化设计及科学合理的改造,确保清江高质量的电能畅通外送,为电网的调峰,调频和事故支援,提高电网安全稳定水平,优化资源配置及减少环境污染等提供技术保障,提高清江发电企业在电力市场中的竞争实力。

Abstract:The presentation of the design optimization and scientific & reasonable modification on the power delivery system for Qingjiang valley cascaded hydropower stations were focused.It must be in conjunction with the plan of Three Gorges transmission system,in order to assure the high quality power from Qingjiang cascaded hydropower stations can be smoothly delivered out.For the peak load regulation frequency modulation as well as fault backup,it increases the stability & safety level of the grid,optimizes the configuration of resources and reduces the environmental pollution so as to further improve the competitive ability for Qingjiang power generating enterprise in the electricity market.
