摘    要:针对六自由度摇摆台的定位精度检测问题,设计了一套基于激光跟踪法的检测系统,实现六自由度摇摆台静态线位移与角位移指标的检测。根据六自由度摇摆台的运动姿态及高精度、大范围的运动特性,提出了一种基于激光跟踪法、包含绝对测距法的总体检测方案,并根据检测方案与检测原理运用激光跟踪仪作为检测仪器。然后对检测系统进行误差分析,得出了检测系统误差的最大值为10.27μm。最后对六自由度摇摆台技术指标进行检测,实验结果验证了检测系统的可行性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem about six degrees of freedom swaying platform positioning accuracy detection, we design a test system based on laser tracking method,detecting the technique index of linear displacement and angu-lar displacement. According to the motion of six degrees of freedom swaying platform and its high precision, large range of motion characteristics, puts forward a general testing scheme based on laser tracking, including the absolute distance measurement method,according to the detecting principle and detecting scheme,choose the laser tracker as the testing instrument. Then analysis the error of the laser tracker detection system, and obtain the maximum error is 10.27 microns. Finally, we detect the technical indexes about the six degrees of freedom swaying platform, verify the feasibility of the detection system.
