摘    要:低浓度瓦斯输送细水雾安全保护系统是一项新兴技术。喷嘴的不同布置方式会对低浓度瓦斯在管道输送过程中的压力降产生一定的影响。以气-液两相流动的均流模型为前提,根据稳定一维流动的基本方程建立水平圆管中气-液两相流动的压降计算关系式;通过数值模拟瓦斯-细水雾混合流体在水平管道中的流动,得出输送管道内喷嘴布置方式与压降的关系。其结果可为动力设备的选型以及安全经济运行提供必要的依据。

Abstract:The low density gas transportation pipeline equipped with water mist protection system is an emerging technology in recent years. Different layout of nozzles has certain influence on the pressure drop when low-density gas is transported in the pipeline. The uniform flow model of gas-liquid two-phase flow was taken as the basis, an equation of calculating pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow in a horizontal pipe was derived from the primary equations of stable one-dimension flow. Through numerical simulation of flow of gas-water mist mixed fluid in horizontal pipe,the relationship between layout of nozzles and the pressure drop in transportation pipeline were obtained. The results could provide necessary basis for the selection of power equipment and safety and economic operation.
