| Abstract: | Oscilloscopes are widely used in the field of equipment aging test,but the uninterrupted running time and personnel must be onsite and other conditions limit its applicable fields.This article introduces a LabVIEW-based design method for the oscilloscope acquisition and storage system of the TBS1000 series.The system uses LabVIEW software to connect the PC and the oscilloscope through the RS232 protocol,and at the same time uses the TCP protocol to connect the upper computer with the remote device.It realizes the functions of remote parameter setting,real-time waveform reading,waveform storage and playback of the oscilloscope. |
