| Abstract: | True color imagery analysis technology is a composite analysis system that combines CCD video recording technology with terrain and ground feature observation instrument, image frame saving and computer system. As a newly emerging technology, it can make terrain and ground observation, geometric configuration test, physical property study and structure determination for the sample. This paper introduces the components, working principle and main features of the hardware and software package of the system, and expounds it's application in geological field and its great importance in hydrocarbon exploration & development in the basin. |
