摘    要:化学复合镀Ni-P-PTFE镀层具有低的摩擦系数和自润滑性能.近年来,引起人们的注目.本研究在化学镀Ni-P工艺基础上,选择不同的表面活性剂,使PTFE与Ni-P共沉积,并对Ni-P-PTFE镀层性能及摩擦系数进行了研究.

Abstract:Some researchers have paid more attention to electroless Ni-P-PTFE plating recently because of its low friction coefficient and self-lubrication performance. On the basis of the electroless plating techniques of the deposition of Ni-P , we made PTFE and Ni-P codeposition by selecting different surfactants, and studied the coating performance of Ni-P-PTFE and friction coefficient.
