电磁阀内部流场数值模拟

摘    要:在液体火箭发动机系统仿真过程中,对于控制发动机脉冲工作的电磁阀,其数学模型建立的准确性将对仿真结果产生很大的影响.本文采用商用CFD软件Fluent,对某电磁阀分别进行了稳态流场和非稳态流场的数值计算.通过稳态流动模拟,得到了电磁阀出口的质量流量和阀门前后压降的关系式.通过非稳态流场的计算,得到了电磁阀出口的质量流量以及阀门前后压降随阀门关闭过程的变化情况,并对流量和压降的这种变化进行了分析.结果表明:使用Fluent软件对阀门内部流场进行数值模拟,较好地反映了其工作状态,是建立电磁阀数学模型的基础.

Abstract:The precision of the mathematical modeling of the electromagnetic valve, which is used to control the pulse operation, leads to a great influence on the liquid rocket engine simulation. The commercial CFD software, Fluent, was used to simulate the stat- ic and dynamic flow field of an electromagnetic valve. The function between the flow mass rate and the drop of pressure through the electromagnetic valve was obtained from the results of static flow field simulation. From numerical simulation of the unsteady flow, the valve closed procedure was calculated. The results indicate that the inner flow field numerical simulation of the valve by Fluent can reflect its working procedure, which is useful for building the mathematical model.
