摘    要:针对高铁闪锌矿有价金属综合利用的难题,开发了含铁溶液预处理—渣矿协同浸出—赤铁矿法除铁及有价金属综合回收技术工艺,获得锌回收率96%,除铁率93%,赤铁矿渣含铁60%~65%、含锌0.5%、含砷0.01%、含硫2%。产出的赤铁矿渣经处理后可作为炼铁或生产水泥等的原料,解决了常规除铁方法不适应处理高铁溶液和铁渣中铁无法回收的问题,实现了铁闪锌矿的高效综合回收利用。

Abstract:For comprehensive recovery of valuable metals of marmatite processing to develop a solution containing iron pretreatment, simultaneous leaching of residues and marmatite, hematite precipitation and valuable metals recovery technology, obtained zinc recovery more than 96%, the iron removal rate above 93%, and containing 60%~65% iron, less than 0.5% zinc, 0.01% arsenic and 2% sulfur in hematite, which after processing can be used as iron making or in the production of cement and other raw materials, to solve the key technical problems of the traditional process don''t adapt to deal with high iron solution and can''t recovery residue containing iron, which realized the high efficiency comprehensive recycling of marmatite.
