R600a压缩机制冷量测量的误差分析

摘    要:针对R600a压缩机制冷量测量中存在误差的实际情况,进行了各种可能的实验和理论分析,找到了产生误差的主要原因。连接管的流阻造成吸气压力的下降,对工质密度产生严重影响;系统中残留的冷冻油,阻碍制冷剂的蒸发。对这两个影响制冷量准确测量的原因进行了理论计算和分析,计算结果和实验数据完全吻合,为提高制冷量测试系统的测量精度指出了设计方向。

Abstract:The main reason of errors was searched out in accordance with the concrete condition of measuring R600a compressor refrigerating capacity,by carrying out all kinds of possible experiments and theory analysis.The drop of suction pressure which is caused by flowing obstruct of linked tube leads to serious influence to refrigerant density.Freezing oil which is remained in the system hinders evaporating of refrigerant.It is closely meet between the experiment data and the theory calculation of the two main errors.Design direction which may promote the measure precision is shown.
