新型复合连铸辊的研制

摘    要:在分析连铸辊破坏原因的基础上,提出了适用于连铸辊工作条件的新材质,试制出了带有预应力结构和螺旋水冷结构的复合连铸辊。经试用表明,用于辊套的新材质和新的辊子结构更适于连铸辊的工作条件。

Abstract:Based on the analysis to the failure of the CC roll,a composite CC roll with the spiral water cooling form and the prestressed structure was developed by a new material suitable to the CC working condition.The result showed that the new roll groove material and the roll structure were suited for continuous casting.
