摘    要:详细介绍了以AT89C51为核心具有RS-485通信接口的流量检测仪设计.流体经过涡轮传感器产生脉冲信号,由于信号的电位漂移现象严重,首先对脉冲信号进行整形处理,然后通过单片机对脉冲计数并转换为流量,最后送显示单元显示.检测仪的设计结构合理,运行稳定可靠,同时具有RS-485通信接口,适合应用于远程分布式应用系统的流量检测.

Abstract:The design of flow measure device with RS-485 interface based on mono-chip computer is described in this paper.Fluid make pulse signal when it go through turbine sensor.For the reason of signal voltage drift severely,the signal must be treated by amplify circuit firstly.Mono-chip computer convert the pulse to flow data,and the data can be send to display unit.The structure of flow measure device is designed reasonable and the device runs stable and trustworthy.Because of the flow measure device has a RS-485...
